The Living Hope Application

The Board of National Service Charity is pleased to announce a major sponsorship opportunity for individuals with severe disabilities through the Living Hope Project. This initiative seeks to provide a debt-free residence, mobility within the community, and support a sustainable future for the recipient.

Eligibility Requirements:

Applicants must be between 18 and 64 years old.
Must be a high school graduate.
Must reside within the United States and hold U.S. citizenship.
Applications must include two references, a copy of a driver’s license, and a Medicaid card. If the applicant is not on Medicaid, documentation of the disability must be provided.
Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
Applications will end the first week of November, 2024.
